What will it cost me, as event organiser, to host an event on Biljett.mt?
ZERO. Yep – that’s correct.
There are no initial fees in setting up an event on Biljett.mt.
Moreover, we do not deduct any fee from the ticket price. The organiser receives the full price per ticket sold, as a bank transfer, within 7 days after the date of event.
So how does it work?
Simple.
Biljett.mt adds a small booking fee to the ticket price, displayed separately. This fee includes credit card charges, bank charges, bank transfer charges and applicable taxes. This fee is retained by Biljett.mt to cover operating costs, whilst the organiser gets the full, untouched original ticket price.
Example: If on a €10 ticket price, we add a €0.99 booking fee, the organiser gets a full €10 per ticket sold, and Biljett.mt retains the €0.99 booking fee.
Biljett.mt is fully customizable to whatever your event requires.
Selling Standard and VIP tickets? Selling tickets by Zone? No problem. You can list as many ticket types as you need, with varying prices.
We also offer the added functionality of generating and sending complimentary tickets to your guest list if required.
I’ve listed my event, and tickets are flying out. What happens now?
Every event is assigned a unique code, given to you before the event is launched. With this code, you can track real time sales from the mobile app or web organiser dashboard.
The app is also used to scan tickets at the entrance. It requires an internet connection to update the ticket backend in real time. This ensures that no ticket can be scanned twice.
