Organiser Terms & Conditions:
The Event is an outdoor event and may be affected by adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond Tarxien Pageant Group’s reasonable control. Tarxien Pageant Group reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, interrupt, modify, or cancel the Event where necessary for safety or operational reasons. In the event that the Event is postponed due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond Tarxien Pageant Group’s reasonable control (including force majeure), Tarxien Pageant Group reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a new date. In such case:
All valid tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date.
The rescheduled Event shall be considered fulfilment of Tarxien Pageant Group’s obligations.
Refunds shall not be issued solely on the basis that the Event has been postponed or rescheduled.
The new date shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable via official communication channels.
If the Event is cancelled and no rescheduled date is provided, Ticket Holders shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of the official announcement of the cancellation. Refunds shall:
Be processed via the original payment method where possible.
Exclude the biljett.mt booking fee. The booking fee is NON refundable.
General Terms & Conditions:
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and Biljett.mt booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, Biljett.mt cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
