IEEE Region 8 International Robot Championships

Join us for the IEEE Region 8 Robot Championships on the 23rd and 24th of November 2024 at Malta’s Montekristo Estate Arena!

Starting at 14:00 on the 23rd with an exciting opening ceremony, this thrilling event will showcase over 15 robots from 10 countries, competing across four games: Time of Fall, Climate Chaos, Weight in Line, and Hanging Hazards.

On the 24th, the games kick off at 11:00, with awards presented to winning teams at 18:00. Organised by the IEEE Malta Section, IEEE Region 8, and the IEEE Malta Computer Society, this championship will promote STEM through engaging competitions, hands-on activities, and interactive exhibits for all attendees.

Terms and Conditions

  • No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and Biljett.mt booking fee will NOT be refunded.
  • Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  • The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
  • The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
  • In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, Biljett.mt cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
